Residential Audits

Ener G is a certified Home Performance contractor particpating in several utility rebate and incentive programs. We use state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment to perform a BPI comprehensive home energy audit and determine how improvements throughout your home can work together to resolve comfort issues, maximize energy efficiency and savings, and make sure your home is safe and healthy. Our testing takes 3 to 4 hours to complete.

Some of these tests may include:

Blower Door

Blower Door testing that uses the combination of pressure and airflow measurements to determine your home’s air leakage, which contributes to higher energy costs

Thermographic Camera

Thermographic Camera tests that use infrared images to assess the effectiveness of your home’s insulation. Insulation directly impacts a home’s comfort and energy efficiency performance.

Combustion and Safety

Combustion and Safety testing to detect carbon monoxide and natural gas leaks.
